Order Form This Website is to be used for the
purpose of obtaining our brochure/order form and ordering information.
No orders are taken on the website. We need 2-4 weeks
notice to mail order pierogis. The cost is $50.00 for three
dozen. This price includes the overnight shipping and the cost of
the pierogis which are actually $6.00 a dozen. Credit Cards accepted by
